Overview
The SANEI Gold & Silver Induction Melting Furnace is designed for efficient and continuous melting of gold, silver, and other precious metals. Featuring Japanese technology with imported components and IGBT modules, this crucible furnace offers rapid heating—up to 50% faster than previous systems. Its medium frequency induction heating ensures consistent performance without the need for process interruptions. Equipped with comprehensive safety features and PID digital temperature control, it is suitable for small-scale casting, material ingredient melting, and old material cleaning.
