The SANEI Advanced Digital Vacuum Wax Injector features a piston valve with direct-flow structure for injection distances up to 10 times longer than conventional valves, improving fill rates and reducing flash. The manual lifting fixture enables quick, tool-free, and precise mold positioning. Multi-directional micro-adjustment allows for accurate automatic alignment of mold and nozzle. The machine supports both manual and automatic wax injection, with digital controls for temperature and pressure to enhance operational accuracy and flexibility. Automatic injection can be triggered by magnetic induction sensors, as well as push-button operation, allowing for hands-free and efficient workflows.
