Overview
The SANEI Pioneer Vacuum Wax Injector features an innovative pulley-drive design with a simple, safe internal structure that is easy to maintain. Its cylinder construction and straight-through flow channel achieve about 10 times the injection distance of conventional types, under the same conditions, resulting in higher yield rates and reduced flashing. The upgraded manual lifting fixture enables precise, tool-free vertical mold adjustments with just two fingers and supports both manual and automatic wax injection. Multi-directional fine adjustments ensure optimal nozzle-to-mold alignment, even with slight misalignment.
